BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Kern County Firefighters were called to help a pregnant woman early Wednesday and ended up helping her deliver a healthy baby boy.
Firefighters from the Greenfield station in south Bakersfield were faced with a pregnant female whose water had already broken. When the ambulance crew arrived just before 7:30 a.m. firefighters and paramedics helped the woman into the ambulance.
A firefighter rode in the ambulance with paramedics as a precaution and ended up helping deliver the baby boy.

How is this news for Bakersfield??? “Breaking News Fire department runs on Mope Ill Female” If it were not for the complete lack of treatment en route to the hospital waiting room the patient would have not gotten a bill they will never pay and they would not have wasted the tax payers money and fire departments time. But back to the story at hand good job for the Bakersfield guys doing the very basics of their job lol
