An 18-year-old man is in custody in connection with fires set inside a Carmichael home Sunday, authorities say.
Morgan McGinn was booked Sunday night into the Sacramento County Main Jail on suspicion of felony arson and burglary, jail booking records show. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
