ADELANTO • The American Red Cross is helping displaced residents following dual fires at the same apartment complex earlier this week.
The first emergency call came in at roughly 1 p.m. Monday when a fire was reported at an offshoot unit of a two-story apartment in the 18500 block of Bellflower Street, Tracey Martinez, spokeswoman for the San Bernardino County Fire Department, said.
