		<description>The guy talking to the PT did a good job.  It sounds silly but we need to remember if the PT is A and O they don&#039;t always understand what we are doing to extricate them.  good idea to have somebody talk them through what we are doing... I.E. the engineer can always hold a hand and chat.</description>
