HOMEOWNER WAS REPORTEDLY CHARGING AN AUTOMOTIVE BATTERY IN THE GARAGE AREA WHEN IT EXPLODED AND SENT FLAMES THROUGHOUT THE GARAGE AND UPWARD THROUGH THE WALLS AND ULTIMATELY THROUGH THE ROOF, DESTROYING THE STRUCTURE.
