A house fire Thursday evening destroyed the home of Sanger firefighter. The house, on E. Powers Ave. in North East Fresno, caught fire after gas from a leaking fuel line in a dune buggy ignited. The home was destroyed. No one was injured. Dozens of firefighters were called to the scene to battle the blaze on the hottest day of the year.
