SAN DIEGO – Firefighters made quick work of a fire in Mission Beach Sunday afternoon.
The fire was reported on a second floor patio at a home on Mission Boulevard and San Rafael Place at 12:07 p.m., a dispatcher with the San Diego- Fire Rescue Department said.
The blaze was knocked down minutes later, the dispatcher said. The fire caused about $10,000 in damage. No injuries were reported. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
