Firefighters were called to a fire Sunday night at a single-story home near Palm Desert, where the garage area was fully engulfed.
The home is in the 39300 block of Manorgate Road in Sun City Del Web.
Firefighters said no one was injured in the fire, though the Red Cross is helping residents who were displaced.
