Blaze burns about 8 acres near Graciosa Road

A grass fire near Graciosa Road and Highways 135 and 1 this afternoon has burned about 8 acres, county fire Capt. David Sadecki said about 2:30 p.m. today. The hard-to-access blaze was reported about 1:20 p.m. Santa Barbara County, Vandenberg Air Force Base and Santa Maria city firefighters were involved in the battle.
