Four displaced by triplex fire

Four people were displaced by a fire at a Mission Viejo triplex Tuesday afternoon, authorities said. Firefighters responding to flames in a garage attached to a multi-story residential unit in the 26500 block of Mambrino just before 6 p.m. brought the blaze under control within 30 minutes, Orange County Fire Authority Capt.
