ROCKLIN, CA — Zachary Smith, a Rocklin firefighter paramedic, returned Sunday from ten days of volunteer service in Haiti with Team Rubicon. Los Angeles County firefighters that helped rescue earthquake victims in Haiti returned today, officials said.
